The worldwide motorcycle industry turns its eyes to Milan, Italy.

The show season has already started with last month's Intermot show in Cologne, Germany, with a number of world premieres such as the 2013 BMW R1200GS, the KTM 1190 Adventure, the Suzuki V-Strom 1000 concept and Yamaha's Crossplane Triple sculpture.

As big as Intermot was, EICMA will be even bigger, with several significant new announcements from Italian firms Ducati, MV Agusta and Piaggio. BMW devoted its Intermot presentation to the new GS but held other big news for EICMA. And then there's Honda which is expected to unveil a number of new models in Milan.
